The ambience is top notch, The food was so so good, the decor and the magic show was amazing.. our guest were overjoyed with the whole event. Gaurav and Dhiraj were so helpful infact their entire team - Deelip, Yayati, Gaurav, Dhiraj, Yogesh , chef Abhijeet and chef Anmol, were on their toes , made sure our event went well... Also the pastry chef did a fabulous job, uff the cake was so good, so yummy it was beautiful Taj has been our regular place because of their kindness, and the spectacular food.. I'm running out of words there is so much more to speak about our experience.. I would like to mention this, that We order our families birthday cake from taj?? also we dine in for all our special occasion.. Taj is home to us?? And I'm so glad we had my niece's 1st celebration at Taj - Godavari banquet hall. Thank you With love, Synora Devenasan ??

This was our 2nd time in 4 months. Overall experience was excellent. The property, the food, the hygiene levels are all a 10 on 10. Special mention about parag tiwari, vaishnavi, riva, ratnamala, nitesh. They all made our stay a beautiful memory. Vijay from housekeeping did a wonderful job of decorating the room for my daughter's birthday. Overall a fantastic experience. Worth spending a few days amongst luxury and greenery. A very helpful and caring staff and the property itself is the jewel in the crown

The place is good and perfect for leisure. The property is big and well maintained. One irritating thing we had was AC water leak in our room and it caused very bad experience, The floor was becoming wet and I was walking carefully. Breakfast was excellent but at the same time dinner was not up to mark and less tasty.

Had a fantastic stay at Gateway Nashik. The property is huge and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Loved the breakfast spread. Truly exceptional hospitality by the staff. From the cordial front desk staff who were always ready to be accommodative to the ever smiling housekeeping staff (Nilesh in particular), we were made to feel very comfortable. Tried out their food at Panchratna restaurant and was again very glad with the dishes. Prasad was a great help in recommending the dish. They have a spa, salon and a swimming pool as well. Overall had an outstanding experience at this Taj property. Definitely coming back here.

After staying at a previous Taj group hotel, we had great expectations for this stay. As soon as we stepped in the compound, we were nicely greeted by the wqtchmen at the gate. The hotel building and grounds are magnificent. The reception was undergoing some renovation and another reception area was set up. Check in was swift and we were escorted to the room through the reception that was undergoing painting works. The area was not adequately secured, the workers were working and paint was sprinkled on our clothes. We were in a wing full of Indians and they are very very very noisy with kids running around the corridor and shouting till midnight at night. People should respect the cachet of the environment. There's a huge nice pool at the hotel and a hot tub which had tripped and wasn't working. No effort made to remediate this situation. Breakfast was another fancy fair affair. They had to set up another breakfast area downstairs in view of the number of guests at the hotel. The tables were not set-up, cutlery and glasses were on a separate table and it is as if we were supposed to set up our own table. A bit disappointed by this canteen like atmosphere and you wouldn't expect this from a 5*. This hotel needs to upgrade itself to match the Tajness in terms of refinery of service. At Check out we were presented with a huge bill including room charges which had already been paid previously.

So we travelled all the way from Mumbai, to get a break from the everyday hectic schedule, and I believe choosing The Gateway Hotel, Ambad, Nashik for our stay was the perfect choice !! Courteous Staff, amazing Hospitality, clean Rooms, good food won our hearts !! The zen garden too was an amazing experience, helping us getting the freshest of starts to our day !! The dining Staff members like Harshal and Aditya were always there to ensure that we don't have any troubles with our dining experiences !! Chef Riya made some amazing omlettes for breakfast helping us energize ourself for the remaining day ahead of us !! Overall, it really was amazing experience staying here at The Gateway Hotel, Ambad, Nashik and we just can't wait to get back here for yet another staycation !! ??

Had a delightful stay at the Taj Gateway. I keep coming back to this property as the resort is quite god for a relaxed family holiday. The staff is exteremely courteous and friendly and maintain their high standards. The breakfast and dinner spreads are quite good with lot of varieties. They always do some local dishes, employ local people too, which is a good touch. They have a huge lawn with a kids play area which is entertaining for the kids. They also have a big swimming pool, open air jaccuzi, a gym and cricket court which makes the holidaying experience quite pleasant. Parking is adequate although vehicles are parked in the open. Overall a delightful experience, would certainly come back again.

I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organised and the friendly team members I will surely recommend your Hotel to my friends and Sachin,Yogesh and Dhiraj doing their best I have some issues related with food but next day chef Ritesh chef Sandeep make it as per my wish specially we like the live (phulka) counter Thanks chef

Останавливался года три назад. Отель отличный, еда вкусная, персонал отзывчивый. Единственый минус, это то что бассейн у них закрывался рано, в 9 часов вечера, что не совсем удобно. А в целом, прекрасный отель, с красивым парком.
