留了5晚，有3晚升降机都是坏的如果有大型行李请自行判断要否待在这间酒店
酒店室内装修精美，房间虽然比连锁酒店细，但还算舒适
Bellboy 们非常热情，用心看待需求。整体来说不过不失吧

It was a pity that there is no air conditioner. The breakfast was boring and not good. Overall it was a good stay there.

酒店好近Gloucester Road Station! 附近都有餐厅及supermarket ,非常方便！ 酒店无空调，但开左风扇都好舒服！

Small group of us visiting the Royal Albert Hall. Wanted a convenient hotel and it is excellent for the RAH but the rooms were so small!! And they were superior doubles. We had 2 rooms booked on 005 and one 524, both were so small, if the were the superior doubles, dont know what the standard would be.
Pathetic.
Service in the bar was awful, breakfast was excellent and staff there good. Reception friendly and fine apart from 2 rooms together, one is on lower floor and other is on 5th floor. That's together???
Both rooms had defects, poor maintenance etc.
