My experience at Hotel Green Life Bansko was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered was excellent—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented, providing a perfect start to each day. The hotel boasts a spacious parking lot, which was very convenient for us. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and the view directly overlooking the mountain peaks was simply stunning—waking up to that scenery was a true delight. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The air and thermal water baths were amazing—so relaxing after a long day of exploring. The massage service was excellent and just what we needed after a long drive. The hotel's location is unbeatable—situated in the best spot in Bansko, with plenty of taverns around and the town center just a short, convenient distance away. The 17 km thermal bath experience was unforgettable, offering unbelievable relaxation and healing for only 50 euros per day. For outdoor enthusiasts, the gondola to the mountain peak at 2200 meters is just a 20-minute drive or a lovely walk, giving access to breathtaking views and hiking trails. Additionally, the Skylift is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, making it easy to explore the mountain scenery. This place is perfect for all ages—whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or family fun. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning. Liked · Location, navigation - perfect. Staff, accommodation - great. Amenities, comfort - wonderful. Service, care - on a level. Food, drinks - delicious. Additional extras - good. Disliked · No air conditioning! There are no cosmetic stands in the shower cabin + there is no shower head in the bathroom, and one small handset... The door had gaps - one finger at the top and half at the bottom.

Прекрасный отдых. Спа, Бассейн, паркинг, чистая территория. Каждые 30 минут бесплатный автобус до гондолы. Вид на лес и на горы. Прокат лыж на территории. Один отрицательный момент - ресторан. Очень негибкий менеджмент. Один из наших друзей из-за аллергии попросил разрешения принести блюдо из бара и съесть его с нами за столом, заказав остальное в ресторане. Категорично запретили. Всей нашей компании (8 человек) пришлось встать и уйти. Потом выяснили, что у бара и ресторана один владелец.

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. We felt Home ! Food was Excellent too including also the Breakfast. Keep it up and will definetely return !!

Breakfast is good .But the bed is very hard ,we Got backpain at can’t sleep so Well.We Can heard a lot of noise from the other room. This place is not gpod to visit ina summer time esp. to those not really know the place.It’s just boring .

Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface.
Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up.
Sauna is good when working.
Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products.
The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour.

Go to Bansko, just don't pick this hotel. We visited from USA this summer for few days.
It few positives: good outside appeal, a scout camp for the kids if you stay a full week, outdoor and indoor pool, breakfast with good variety of fresh fruits and veggies as well as traditional bulgarian options.
That being said there is way too many negatives.
Service is poor. They are not interested in resolving any concerns or issues their clients have. Our room had a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. They told me that they need few hours to decide if they will address the problem. They must have desided not to, becausue they never did. The rest of the staff were also unfriendly and would refuse assistance on any requests.
If you are booking online they will give you a poorer quality room smaller with no view. I booked online while my friend called over the phone for the same room. The irony is that they charge online more, but give you worse quality.
NO AC in the rooms!!! No hair conditioner and none provided when we asked. They told us to buy some from their store.
The pool looks good on pictures but it is much smaller than you would expect and it is very cold. No lifeguard.
You can have much better experience if you book a small family owned hotel in the center of the city. We only decided on this hotel because of the pool but I regret it.

It is a great place to stay while skiing in Bansko; it is clean and has friendly staff, but the rooms are outdated. In the evening, there is a fireplace burning in the lobby, the restaurant is open till late, and in the morning, there is a great breakfast with local and international delicacies.

Biz günlük 20 levaya kiralad?k. Kahvalt? güzel, ak?am yemek porsiyonlar? da büyük. ?al??anlar güler yüzlü. ?ehir merkezinden biraz uzak. Kaya?a gitmek i?in shuttle servisi olsa da ak?am d??ar? ??karken biraz yorucu olabiliyor. Ayr?ca havuz ve sauna se?eneklerinin olmas? da ?ok iyi bir detay. Rahatlamak i?in güzel bir imkand? be?endik.
