We stayed at green life resort in February 2023, we found the staff very unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. Very rude/ got no response to when we asked questions so not helpful in the slightest. The language barrier was also very challenging and frustrating a lot of the time! The rooms have no aircon/ heat controls, on our first night we barely slept to how uncomfortable the room temperate was we had to keep the windows open all week to allow the cold air to get into the room. Would not return again after our experience here.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel, we had a very nice holiday. I liked the spa area very much, it seemed to be well set up. I took the accommodation only with breakfast and it was ok, I had dinner a few times at the restaurant and I was satisfied with both the service and the food which was very good, much better and with decent prices compared to the restaurants in the resort. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed. The value for money is very good. I would definitely return to this hotel.
