Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I will test the mattress in the room you stayed in and if required, renew it. Apologises re the heating. As I hope you appreciate its an old sandstone building, which retains the heat well in the winter months, but takes some time to cool down once I`ve turned the heating off (which was only last week) so some of the rooms, of which yours was one, due to its location takes a bit longer to adjust to ambient temperature. Once again thank you for your feedback and rest assured I take all feedback positively and react where deemed appropriate.
Thank you for taking time to post your review. I`m glad you enjoyed your stay us despite the rushed breakfast service. I have noted this and will of course review this with the team. After all breakfast should be leisurely. Likewise there is no excuse for no fruit in the fruit salad and rest assured this has been addressed already.
Thank you for posting your review. I am at a loss as to your poached eggs. That's just not us, as you know. That said I`ll investigate as a poached egg is not a poached unless its lovely and soft. I`m on the case !!!!!
