I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Halepa Hotel. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant neoclassical style, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere inside feels warm, welcoming, and truly relaxing.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional—always ready to assist with a smile. From the reception team to the breakfast service, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Chania.
The location is ideal: the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old Town and the main attractions. Having secure parking was a big plus, especially since I rented a car directly through the hotel.
The car rental service was excellent—fast, easy, and stress-free. The vehicle was in perfect condition, fully insured, and came with unlimited mileage and 24-hour roadside assistance. Everything was clearly explained, with no hidden costs, which gave me real peace of mind. Having the car allowed me to explore the stunning beaches and villages of Crete at my own pace.
Overall, Halepa Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of a charming hotel, outstanding staff, and hassle-free car rental makes it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Chania. I would definitely stay here again and highly recom

Such a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.?

早餐简单而丰盛；服务周到；希腊浴室只有半扇门所以洗澡容易溅得到处都是，这个是通病。住酒店的好处是租车、行李寄存和问询都非常方便快捷，酒店装修也很有风味。旺季价格合理，推荐！
