Fantastic views of mount fuji from the hotel room and the hotel rooftop. It's a bit far (can walk still) from the kawaguchiko station but there is shuttle service. Quiet and serene environment. Paid laundry service available and free hot beverage at lobby n rooftop.

It was great!! Stay comes with breakfast (Western/Japanese), abundant amenities including skincare range with masks and bath salts for the tub. Laundry was 300￥ per load which was alright. Has shuttle runs 3x in the morning which was convenient. During the day can take red line bus to drop off at main road then walk 5mins to hotel. Convenient location. Rooms was comfy not too small.. we could open two 28’ suitcases fully and still have walking space to move easily .
Last but not least.. most Important is that view we got at the roof top!! Outstanding!! We saw many people queuing up at Lawson to take pictures of Fujisan but then I think that roof top is still one of the best views.. !! Thanks HaoStay team! It’s was a fantastic stay and for your hospitality.!

A bit further from Kawaguchiko main station but they offer shuttle from hotel to station. Can clearly see Mt Fuji from hotel during good weather

Nice hotel and affordable price, rooms are spacious. Walls are a bit thin, too much noise. But ok for 1 night.

I absolutely loved my stay at Haostay. The highlight was definitely waking up every morning to a direct, beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from my window, it felt magical and truly unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.
The hotel environment is peaceful, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient for exploring the Kawaguchiko area. It’s a wonderful place if you want a quiet escape with one of the best Fuji views you can get.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji.
