Had a comfortable stay with Haostay for my Fuji trip! The location is strategic (nearby kawakuchigo station) and there’s plenty of parking space provided nearby hotel area and it’s FOC. Room view is ?????? and breakfast is included.
Very friendly and nice receptionist, upgrade my room to mt fuji view room, love it. Simple breakfast ,just to fill up your stomach, free shutters service to kawakuchiko station, only 9am, 9.30am and 10am, if you need other timings, can be arranged from reception.
Good location and cozy rooms with Fuji view. Hotel staff is friendly, they eved provided us take away breakfast because we were leaving hotel very early.
Also they have transfer to station Kawaguchiko.
Family-friendly hotel. Stuffs are good. Small hotel. But rooms are good. Fuji view rooms are good. Can view Mount Fuji from Window. The dinner option is not good in the hotel. But there are restaurants nearby. Clean rooms. Cycle renting options are available in the hotel. Around 700 Yen taxi fare from Kawaguchigo station to hotel. The hotel has a one-way transport option to Kawaguchigo station during the daytime.
It was just ok in general except for 1 snafu. We waited 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast, then when they finally gave us the table, they did not bring out our food which we’d pre ordered the day before. We waited for another 20 minutes before asking them about it, at which point they gave us 1 grossly inadequate bun per person as compensation.
Wasting our precious time in this wonderful town is so painful.
