I am delighted you found the apartment very good overall and everything was clean and in working order and we provided everything you required. We are extremely blessed with our prime location for the town and South Bay. Apartment 3 that you stayed in is a great space for families to spend valued time together in the living area but also have their own space in the 3 large bedrooms. I am glad the stairs to the top of the building to access the space didn't bother you and I always like to make contact with our valued guests on booking to ensure they know the access arrangements and am glad I had forwarned your booker. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review but I am devastated that you experienced 'negatives' during your stay and that these were not shared we ourselves at the time or on departure so that we could investigate fully, share your findings with our valued cleaning team and rectify the situations where appropriate. I appreciate time away is valuable and you do not want to spend time dealing with issues but really wish I had been given the opportunity at the time to address these matters for you to ensure you had the anticipated great stay that we thrive for. I have gone through all our bookings for this period and sadly have not managed to identify your booking; using the information given and through the power of deduction from positive feedback from other valued guests at this time; so that I can personally make contact with you and look into the matters raised. I am completely astounded as these cleanliness issues are ones we have never previously or currently experienced during our 5 plus years of owning and operating this business. I assume you stayed in apartment 1 or 2 as neither of these have a bath just a shower room and this information is shared on our listings and in my personal confirmation email. Using a professional laundry I am pleased you found the bed sheets clean and aside of the issues mentioned you had a nice stay and enjoyed our beautiful view.
