Situated on the main street handy for everything, but it is a bit of a climb from the train station and where the buses drop you off from Machu Picchu. Glad we had a wheely case! Our room was basic but OK - there were two beds in it but really they were only singles. Bathroom was a walk in shower with curtain. Reception were helpful and stored our luggage in secure lockers behind the desk on our checkout morning. Reception area was a reasonable size with ample seating, there was free tea/coffee /water and sweets on offer. Breakfast was on the top floor with views of a building site...buffet style with adequate choice.

Great team of employees, outstanding breakfast, always making sure food was warm and enough to satisfy your appetite with the delicious plates. Ruth and Arturo at the counter were excellent in their service, always asking if we needed something else that they could help with, they took care of everything we needed, outstanding service, bravo!

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, el agua salía caliente, la cama y almohadas súper cómodas. El personal muy amable siempre predispuesto a que la experiencia sea única e inolvidable. Cabe destacar que un personal del staff fue muy amable y comprometido y nos llevó las valijas a la estación de tren para que lleguemos cómodos a almorzar luego de subir al machu picchu. Muy recomendable!

Overall a very comfortable stay at Hatun Inti. The bathrooms are modern and there was plenty of hot water. Nice bedding with plenty of blankets. It’s a good location with restaurants & bars around, and close to the market for souvenir shopping. The included breakfast was good but they ran short on bowls so couldn’t have cereal. They also ran out of bacon - but there were plenty of other options. It can be a bit noisy with people leaving in the early morning.

Buena ubicación. La habitación cómoda. El ba?o excelente, muy bien equipado. Desayuno completo. Nos atendió Emelson. La vista no es linda por las obras de alrededor pero se compensa con las excelente instalaciones y servicio.

Muy buen ubicación habitación cómoda limpia agua caliente perfecta atención de 10 desayuno muy básico cerca del ministerio de cultura mercado y estación de tren. Canadá comoda y limpia servicio de guarda equipaje que te la llevan a la estación cuando bajas de machu pichu

Personale disponibile e super accogliente. All entrata c’è l’angolo per l’acqua fresca inclusa o thé o caffè. L’entrata per Machu Picciu era alle 6 e ci hanno anticipato la colazione senza problemi! Camere pulite e letti molto grandi e comodi!
