Muy buena estadía. Las camas son realmente cómodas, la pieza y ba?o siempre limpios y ordenados y un desayuno delicioso y variado. El personal en general es amable, especialmente quienes atienden en el desayuno, Henry y Anani, muy preocupados de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. El único detalle es que en las ma?anas se siente bastante el ruido de la calle. Al menos en nuestra pieza.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes. Todo el personal muy amable, en el desayuno Henry y todo el equipo súper bien. Las habitaciones correctas, el único punto es los ruidos externos que se escuchan. Internet a veces se corta pero en general funciona ok. Precio calidad bien. Volvería!

The staff were wonderful and the facilities were clean and neat. But the part I enjoyed the most were the grounds. The flowers, the trees, the pond, all of it was just plain beautiful. Add to that the gorgeous background of the surrounding landscape and one would simply wind up with an experience to be repeated. Would recommend or book it myself again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Sorted my laundry out in 2 hours. Close to the buses for Machu Picchu. In the main street but not noisy at all. Nick, UK

This Hotel was not centrally located, but in a location very accessible to the Train and Bus Stations, the Central Square, lots of Restaurants and the Market. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the Bathroom was clean with some nice products that are generally provided in better hotels. The Breakfast Room on the 7th floor was spacious, and the food (ordered the night before) was freshly prepared and hot. We had great views of the mist on the surrounding mountains while we were having our early morning coffee. What impressed us most was the Staff – Deybi, Adnemir, Anani and Wendei (My apologies if I have got the spellings wrong). They were particularly friendly, extremely helpful and very accommodating, and we cannot thank them enough for their caring attitudes and for going out of their way to make us feel welcome. When we called and informed them that we were running a little late returning from Machu Picchu, and to keep our stored luggage ready and waiting for us, they let us know that we can go straight to the Train Station, and two of them brought the luggage to us there, so we would not miss our train. We have never seen such service before. A sincere Thank You to all of them…! We were only here for one night, but will recommend this hotel to all our friends who are planning a trip here soon.

Had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Even though I was only here for one night they made myself and my partner feel very welcome and were willing to help us with all we needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Staff partularly friendly. Very good location. Close to the main place and to the thermal baths. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Nothing negative to say! I would go back to this hotel!

A lovely hotel is in the center of Machu Picchu. Very close to the market. It has a delicious breakfast and the employees are extremely pleasant! One of the workers named Sofia took care of everything for us.
