The coffee machine was not working
Tea was poor quality
The bedside lap was about to fall
The room was next to plant room and parking. Lots of noise … a triple glazed window is a must!
Nothing like a 4 star hotel…

The room was spotless, the staff was great and rooms were large. I didn’t like the fact that it was an Amex building at first but that building was better located than the first building

The staff are warm and friendly. Ther elevator in the hotel is unique which requires manual closing a good experience. Sephora MAC and Kiki Milano are all nearby
?Spanish steps as well. Zara men outlet and many other
Branded goods shops nearby.

Nós ficamos hospedados no prédio anexo que é um pouco distante (diria uns 300 metros) do prédio principal. no entanto os funcionários do hotel nos ajudaram a levar e trazer as bagagens. A localiza??o é excelente. Próxima de lojas, restaurantes e diversas atra??es turísticas. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Todo reformado e com Nespresso e chaleira elétrica (pra mim é fundamental). O café da manh? foi ótimo, com muita variedade e tudo estava delicioso. Adoramos. Ficaremos de novo!

Хороший интерьер в номере, ванная, удобная кровать и подушки, быстрый вайфай, от всех достопримечательностей, ресторанов и магазинов недалеко, неплохие завтраки. Единственный небольшой минус: возле кроватей нет розетки, только usb, это немного устарело, многие зарядки с type-c либо розеткой, приходилось заряжать телефон в другой розетке.

Think twice before you book this hotel. Does not have elevator. You need to carry your own luggages to your room. Many stairs!
They say they have free parking but only has 4! And cannot be reserved. You have to pay for your own parking nearby instead! Total scam!

The hotel location is very near to the tube station. I love the shower water pressure, it’s really comfortable. The air-conditioning system save our life during this horrible heatwave.
