Breakfast was great with excellent service staff. Cant remember the name but he was a Filipino guy who has moved to Rome to work. Gave us some good tips of Rome and very knowledgeable. Loved the location right in the heart of Via Del Corso. Only issue was the hot water was not consistent and only works when we turn on the sink tap.

Friendly staff, small cosy room with kettle, coffee machine. Clean. Provided a fan if gets too hot. Good location!

Fantastische locatie dichtbij een metro halte ( 2 min lopen), mooie kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Douche die erg prettig is. Voorzieningen om wat te eten of te drinken op korte loopafstand. Ideaal verblijf voor weekend Londen.

This lovely hotel is within reasonable walking distance of 3 tube stations, one of which North Ealing Station is literally around the corner. We were slightly worried about parking as, if we didn't get a space there, where were we going to park? But worries proved to be unfounded as we comfortably secured a space for our stay. Our room was lovely, and although we hadn't visited London to watch telly, it was nice , when we did to have a lovely, large TV. From nally, Syed, who was as on the desk during the evening was particularly kind and helpful......was all good and had a lovely break ??

We have always stayed in this hotel when in Rome. Beautiful place, close to metro and all attractions. Walking distance to Spanish steps and high street (via del corso). Happy with our stay.

The location was great. Next to shops and a short 10min walk to Ealing Broadway. Abit cold so the heating ac was great!! The room was abit small and there was a buzzing sound at nighttime.
Only downside was the restaurant was closed and the fire alarm went off at 1am was funny and scary.
Staff friendly and helpful ! Would book again.

Extremely.good service! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff! The room had every comfort you can think of, including a nespresso machine with pods of different strength. Clean and nice smelling towels, everything was perfect! Will most definitely go back and I couldn't recommend it enough. Bashra on reception was absolutely brilliant, as well as the young lad later at night! Do visit, you won't be disappointed!

The hotel was decent to be honest very clean in a busy area of Rome but also close to everything you need from restaurants , shops to bar etc….
