We've stayed at Hotel Arissa many times since it's opening. Great location, friendly and helpful front desk, nice room, comfy bed. We love the smell once we enter the hotel lobby...after so many years, Hotel Arissa still maintaining the hotel well. That is why we keep staying here whenever we are in Melaka. Coway water dispenser was well provided at every lift entrance floor and that makes us convenient to get hot or cold water at any time. Thank you for fixing the toilet bowl so efficiently.
Excellent. We chose this hotel with the thoughts of our newborn and recent weather condition, well aware that we were unable to go out freely. Staying in the room doesnt make us feel bored at all. This hotel is nearby with many viral places. Kudos to all staffs too!
The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and th service crew is very nice and polite! The internet connection is very fast; very good plus- but the water pressure and temperature is inconsistent, and there is a dilapidated building right in front which not amazing for the view. Also convenience store a bit of a walk away, however the Indian food nearby is really good and value.
Staff at the reception welcoming but not impressed with the curtain, bed sheets and towels - they weren't white as expected and the room had a bit of a weird smell. Might be a one-off issue, but just wanted to note it down.
It was my first time staying in this hotel. Melaka is not too huge and we travelled by car so location was not a problem at all. They have free parkings available. There is also a back door which eases the access. There are a couple of shops near by. For cleanliness, i would not say it was tip too but ev
