地点位置还可以 离鸡场街是靠近的 附近餐厅不多
柜枱服务人员很亲切 每次进出都会微笑打招呼 不过房间的冷气不太冷 需要过了很久一段时间才慢慢开始变凉 整体算是还可以

Room is spacious and staff are friendly. Though Wifi provided in the room, but none of our 3 handphones are able to connect to the room wifi. Informed the staff and housekeeper was sent to assist but was unable to solve our issues. We have no issue logging into the wifi at the lobby. We told the front desk again the next morning, she said will check and reset the room wifi while we were out. Issue still unsolved, we have to incur additional charges by subscribing to data.

The room i got is considered spacious and worth the price i paid for. Location is strategic. The staffs are nice. There is coway water filter machine available (not sure if every floor has one), easy to have clean drinking water and hot water to make tea.
Many carparks available (my stay during non peak season).
However, no disposal toothbrush/toothpaste given. But this has no big issue, i brought my own.
Overall, the stay experience is good and worth the price i paid (discounted price)??

订了2大1小的房间 算起来双人床是不到5尺床 一个小孩和大人睡就刚好
地点不是很靠近鸡场街 但叫grab也是挺方便和很快到达目的地
前台服务员很友善 乐于帮忙
房间没有提供牙刷 浴帽 和 拖鞋
毛巾只是有冲凉用的毛巾 没有提供手巾 也没tissue 也没地毯
热水和常温饮用水在电梯前打水

1. Booked a twin room but was given queen room.
2. A/C is having some white noise which is a little annoying.
3. The bathroom lock has some design issues, we were facing difficulty locking the door, the entire latch can fall out/taken out.
4. The toothbrush and paste were not provided in the room, it had to get from the counter.
5. Facing an abandoned building which is a little scene killer.
6. Lobby has no A/C, would be good if there is A/C which would make customer feel more seamless along their way to their room
7. Only giving 1 access card, need pay RM20 for an extra 1 access card, rather inconsiderate policy as we need 1 card to turn on electiticy in the room and at least 1 more to in/out our room.
It's not a deal breaker, an average hotel regards to its price.

Generally very satisfied, but the room is a bit dark for me XD. Will book again.
