Just returned from a lovely two day break in Scarborough. This is the second time that I've stayed at the Boundary. It's a lovely place to stay. The owners and staff are lovely and great to chat to and the breakfasts are delicious. I was there on my own and had a lovely single room (10) overlooking the cricket ground. I can't praise the hotel enough l would heartily recommend to everybody, it makes a stay in Scarborough so much better so please give it a go and support them. Looking forward to going again sometime in the future. Thanks to all, see you again.

The room was well decorated and clean. Our room a twin room ( room 1 ) looked over Scarborough Cricket Ground and Pavilion. Tea and Coffee facilities were available, along with a small refrigerator for use. A guest parking pass was provided.

What can you say, this is a highlight of every year coming here, knowing that your going to be treated to Kate's whit and charm.. The staff were lovely, a credit to your establishment.. Here's to our next adventure With the Terror Hawk. ??????

I booked this hotel via Star Travel, Myanmar as they recommend to stay .Great hotel with a wonderful location. Walking distance to loads of restaurants, Bar and the best markets and Shwe Dagon Pagoda Great place to stay in Yangon and their best service staff is a PLUS

Great place fantastic room and breakfast highly recommend this place friendly couple good location nothing was to much trouble the day we went was so hot they txt me to come after 12 as our room was ready so we could enjoy the weather most warm hearted people we have had the pleasure of meeting

Just had a wonderful few days at The Boundary. Kate and Steve ( and Mack the Springer) couldn't be more welcoming. They have thought of every little detail, and nothing is too much trouble. We had Room 2, with a very large and extremely comfortable, four poster bed. Lovely room, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and piping hot. All in all, a fantastic stay, and next time we take a trip to Scarborough, we know where to book in.

Just had the weekend here with my daughter and granddaughter. Nobody had stayed in a B+B before but , having read good reviews, we were looking forward to our break. From the moment we walked through the door Kate made us feel very welcome. The four pawed receptionist is very sociable and thoroughly delighted my granddaughter. She has dietary issues and these were met beautifully. Thoughtful touches like her "special" milk in her own bottle and her own plate and bowl made her feel very spoilt. We had a family room which was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and all cooked to order.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a short break in Scarborough. We've had an amazing weekend.

Cannot praise the Boundary Guest House highly enough . Room was wonderful (No 5) Spotless and lovely little extras, fridge, bottled water, plenty of coffee/tea and bottled milk given as needed. Breakfast was plentiful and excellently presented. Steve and Kate should be very proud of the service they provide Thankyou too to Jill and Mac the dog for a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again if going to Scarborough.
