Apprezziamo sinceramente le sue parole di apprezzamento verso la gentilezza del nostro personale, in particolare quello del ristorante e del bar, così come il riconoscimento per la cura che dedichiamo alla nostra cucina e per la bellezza del nostro giardino. Ci dispiace apprendere che alcuni aspetti del soggiorno non abbiano pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, purtroppo quest’anno la sua conformazione naturale non è stata tra le migliori, un aspetto che non dipende da noi. La natura, infatti, a volte ci regala un litorale ampio, sabbioso e livellato, mentre in altre stagioni, come questa, ci lascia una spiaggia più corta, in pendenza e con un accesso più difficile al mare, che diventa subito profondo. In merito al ristorante sulla spiaggia, ci dispiace che problemi tecnici ne abbiano impedito l’apertura. Siamo però fiduciosi che sarà pienamente operativo per la prossima estate, offrendo così un servizio migliore anche nell’area balneare. Per quanto riguarda la linea ferroviaria, desideriamo sottolineare che la sua presenza è chiaramente indicata sia sul nostro sito ufficiale che su tutte le principali piattaforme di prenotazione online. Comprendiamo che possa non essere ideale per tutti, ma fino ad oggi non è mai stata percepita come un disagio significativo dai nostri ospiti. While we are truly pleased that you appreciated our garden, restaurant, and the courtesy of our team, we are naturally sorry to learn that your overall experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few important points. Our property, while not newly built, is fully operational, and we take great pride in maintaining all our services to the best of our abilities. This is something that the vast majority of our guests deeply value, especially the attentiveness and dedication of our staff, which we consider to be our greatest asset. Most of our rooms were renovated in 2015. We understand, however, that style and comfort are subjective and may not appeal equally to everyone. This year, we completed the full renovation of our fourth-floor rooms, now designated as Premium Rooms. These offer enhanced features and exclusive services aimed at guests seeking a more refined experience and who are willing to invest in additional comfort. Regarding the pool, the current closing time is a matter of both safety and legal compliance. As there is no lifeguard service in place, Italian regulations require us to close the pool during unattended hours. Additionally, without an active bar service in the evening, we believe that the overall quality of the guest experience around the pool area would not meet our standards. Concerning the beach service, we would like to emphasize that all relevant information—including the supplemental charges for first-row umbrellas and towel rentals—is clearly communicated in the welcome letter provided to all guests upon arrival. It is not uncommon, even among 4-star properties worldwide, to differentiate between included and extra-charge services, particularly for premium beachfront options. We would also like to assure you that our beach access remains open 24 hours a day. Even in the event of private events such as weddings, our guests retain full access to the shore at any time. We genuinely regret that our hotel may not have aligned with your personal preferences. Nevertheless, please rest assured that our entire team works with passion and commitment each day to offer the most pleasant and comfortable stay possible, even in the face of challenges.
