We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the hotel’s location, we would like to clarify that it is clearly described on all major online booking platforms, including its proximity to the railway and main roads. We understand this may not be ideal for everyone, but many guests also appreciate the direct beach access and convenient connections to nearby attractions. As for private events, it is true that the hotel can host special functions from time to time. However, these are always scheduled to end before midnight in full respect of our guests’ rest. We do our best to manage these occasions carefully to minimize any inconvenience and are sorry if this was not your experience.
