We like this hotel, we came back after 10 years. Before we were 4 times spending our skiing holidays here. I like that they are still not 5 star hotel, as we could see that around most hotels are being upgraded to higher level ( higher price ). This hotel still has that charm of the chalet. It is on a perfect location in Tignes Le Lac, with walking distance to everything. They have beautiful breakfast room with stunning view over the whole valley. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again next year.

presque parfait avec personnel acceillant , disponible , les chambres sont propres et bien amenagées ( WC independant pour le mienne ) . Matelas tyres confortable . Un bémol , le local ski normalement equipé pour chauffer les chaussures la nuit n' a pas remplir son role malgré nos demandes et les chaussures étaient humides le matin . Dommage . Spa propre et tres fonctionnel

Lovely hotel, great location overlooking the piste and lake. Breakfast was nice as were all the team at this family hotel

Very unique location, just 50 meters from the centar of the ski activities. Amazing view from the breakfast / bar area.

Très bel hotel au pied des pistes, accueil chaleureux. Clients fidèles depuis des années, nous n'avons jamais été dé?us. Nous reviendrons.

Very kind, helpful staff, excellent cleanliness, wonderful panorama, in the center of Le Lac, a few steps from the lifts, the ski office, the Lagoon bath, restaurants, bus stop. This was our second time at the hotel, but not the last! We missed vegetables for breakfast, otherwise there is a wide selection.

We have stayed at Le Refuge or many occasions and this was an another great stay. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel works well for skiing being so close to the lifts.

A great hotel in the centre of Tignes 2100. Great breakfast and friendly reception staff. Good sized boot room and the spa is a bonus. However, it was a shame that the steam room was out of order. It was my second stay and would likely stay again.

Great hotel with dedicated and attentive staff, on the slopes with added benefit of excellent spa facilities. Breakfast worth it and near good bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel, very friendly English speaking staff. Good facilities. Great breakfast. In need of modernization. Value for money. We will come back!
