Everything was clean and organized. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is centralized and walking distance to El Poblado park, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

I got food poisoning from their breakfast. I was immediately sick afterwards so I did spend more time in the hotel than I originally planned. Other than that the hotel is well presented and in a good location.

Clean room and excellent service. Limited options for breakfast but well made and good in taste. A bit noisy in the mornings due to the proximity to the street, but I think is pretty normal considering the location. I had a good sleep during the stay. Steamer and mini fridge available in the room.

Buen lugar, buena ubicación, buen costo - beneficio. A pesar de la ubicación nos siguieron unos tipos del poblado hasta casi llegar al hotel. Deben estar atentos en temas de seguridad por la noche. En cuanto al hotel todo excelente.

The bed is huge but matrress is hard , uncomfortable. Front door the keeps closed and we have to call for opening. Breakfast is limited. Ac is old. There is not any outlet for plugging cell phone close to the bed
