Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel per tre giorni e già dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da una famiglia dove gentilezza e disponibilità sono al primo posto. Camera completa di tutto l'occorrente , accappatoi ,teli mare , frigorifero e pulizia eccezionale. La colazione è strepitosa ,dai dolci fatti in casa alla frutta di ogni genere . Le bevande calde sono servite dal bar. Biciclette a disposizione gratuitamente. Da ritornarci sicuramente, vi auguriamo una stagione proficua Elsa e Mario

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo grazioso e accogliente albergo. Situato in posizione strategica a Marina di Massa è curato nei minimi particolari e pulito in tuttti i locali con grande attenzione. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa e confortevole con kit di cortesia veramente notevole. Elisabetta e Paola con il loro papà ci hanno accolto come chiunque vorrebbe esserlo. Colazione degna di un 4 stelle ( come del resto tutto) con prodotti vari, freschi, locali e di qualità. Un grande saluto ed un arrivederci a presto. Laura e Carlo.

An excellent base for our holiday - handily placed - the rooms were bright and clean and comfortable- the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We hired bicycles for four days and were able to securely store them overnight in the hotel’s nearby garage. If returning to Las Palmas would certainly book Matilde again

Great location with only 200 meters to a big supermarket and several restaurants. Ask for a view so that you can see the ships coming and going. Roadworks just outside the hotel so an afternoon nap is impossible. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

A wonderful modern hotel in a great location for a good price... about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole experience was positive. We would like to thank all the people who assisted us during our stay, especially Maya who worked in reception, and Cristian (housekeeping). Clean, bright, and modern rooms. A lovely rooftop terrace with great views. Exceptional customer service. We will definitely return again to this location. Thank you.

arredamento un po' datato, in compenso tv nuovo samsung con smart tv netflix ecc non banale per un tre stelle...e comunque la gentilezza dei proprietari. Grande rispetto per persone che lavorano da una vita per la loro attivita'. wifi gratis e parcheggio.

A very modern, comfortable hotel. Immaculately clean right through! Great sized bedroom and bathroom. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. What made the stay so pleasant was the staff - so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them. Would definitely stay again if visiting Gran Canaria.

La struttura è tenuta bene è abbastanza pulita, la colazione è ben assortita è di buona qualità. Purtroppo le scale sono strette e non c'è ascensore, il parcheggio è piccolissimo e scomodo, le camere avrebbero bisogno di un po di manutenzione. L'acqua esce dai rubinetti gialla e quella fredda esce piano e con meno pressione della fredda. Quando ho avvertito la reception mi è stato detto che erano stati ultimati dei lavori sull'impianto idraulico ma senza scusarsi del disservizio. Col conto poi ho dovuto pagare più di quanto concordato probabilmente perché la prenotazione e la conferma erano state effettuate da due persone diverse, ad ogni modo ho pagato di più.

3 night City Break before a beach stay for Mrs.B's Birthday. Great choice with this hotel. Location was close to harbour, bars, restaurants, shopping & Beach. All staff were Excellent, from Jeremy on reception to the Brekkie Staff, they were all so very friendly & welcoming. Our 6th floor room was very clean & comfortable, with a enormous King Size bed, great WiFi, small fridge, lovely shower room & Harbour Views. Brekkie was good, continental style, plus fresh cooked European style Bacon & Sausage, plus Fried or Scrambled Eggs, with great coffee. The roof terrace had great views of the harbour & beyond. Parking was in a nearby underground car park @ €9.00 per day. Would be happy to return but probably won't as not that keen on the city.

What a fabulous surprise! An absolute gem of a little boutique hotel. Service is stellar, attention to detail surpasses any 4 star hotels I've stayed at in Italy. Beautiful rooms, normal size for Italy, but gorgeous. The breakfast was 5 star. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Good luck getting a reservation though. I was able to slip in through a cancellation.
