Il quarto anno al Pinei ed è sempre bello. Ambiente caldo ed accogliente, personale gentile e super disponibile. Camere arredate in stile e pulitissime. Pensione 3/4 molto buona. Unico appunto: preferirei avere al buffet qualche cibo caldo. Per il resto tutto ottimo. Alla prossima!

Bardzo dobry hotel za rozs?dne pieni?dze. ?wietnie zorganizowana strefa spa z codziennym rytua?em saunowym. Bardzo du?y, podgrzewany basen zewn?trzny. Komfortowe pokoje w systemie suity. Bogate ?niadania i obiado-kolacje zaczynaj?ce si? ju? od 18.30. Dla narciarzy od 15.30 do 17.00 zupka i ciasto. W?a?ciciel lub przesympatyczny Argentyńczyk codziennie wozi narciarzy na stoki. Z minusów to troch? ma?a narciarnia, ale wszyscy si? zmie?cili ;-) i brak muzyki relaksacyjnej w strefie spa.

è stato un week-end all'insegna del relax e del tempo in famiglia. Spettacolare la vista che si può ammirare dalla piscina esterna, così come è stato rilassante vivere in un angolo di montagna così tranquillo e a dimensione d'uomo. Personale cordiale e disponibile ( ringraziamo per la pazienza visto che era per loro l'ultimo fine settimana prima di un periodo di meritate ferie). Consigliato come luogo in cui trascorrere le proprie vacanze, sia estive che invernali.

Posto immerso nella natura e tranquillo con daini ,conigli,mucche e capre. Stanza molto bella con occorrente X la spa e piscina stupenda con una bellissima vista , prodotti in bagno ottimi. Potete usare la fermata del bus davanti all'hotel usando la Sid tirol card che si attiva al momento del soggiorno. Parcheggio davanti e percorsi direttamente dall'hotel. Consiglio

A beautiful newly refurbished hotel, a large pool with a stunning view on the mountains, a well appreciated spa, delicious meals and a helpful team… everything was perfect !

The hotel is situated in a beautiful environment with lots of thing to do and to see. The swimming pool and all other wellness facilities are great. The food was average. The personnel is doing their job. Most of the employees do not score high on customer friendliness: at the reception they hardly look up or greet you when you’re entering or leaving, during diner most personnel is hasty and don’t ask if everything is all right. Therefore the quality-price balance sums up to average.

Great region, very nice hotel, excellent food, marvelous SPA, very friendly team !! I highly recommend this hotel !! Your can reach from here many excellent ski slopes and you will always feel the spirit of Italian hospitality ! It was not my last visit in Pinei ...

Very confortable hotel with spacious rooms/ appartments. Kitchen serves delicious food. Free access to incredible pool/spa area. Friendly and helpful staff, full of good humor. Good location between two ski areas: Alpe di Sousi and Val Gardena.

Nice property, good location and well maintained but the worst service ever, from reception, bar and restaurant service, except 2 waiters (Rosario and a blond lady). the rest was incredible.. from the reception, no smile, never good morning, good day or any attention.. a total lack of management .. nobody responsible except tow persons who looked like the owners.. they were always present but no contact at all with their guests except local people.. I have worked in the Hospitality business during 32 years, but never saw that.. in what is suppose to be a 4 stars Hotel.. Concerning the outlet itself, nice rooms, nice view, very nice renovated SPa and Pool and food was OK.. Buffet breakfast perfect.. Really all to do with service.. nothing more for the product itself.. even if we were in the old style bedrooms which were very confortable.. renovation program in process for the last ones as we were informed.. To precise that we had 5 rooms in total with friends.. and not only one.. To summarize, product OK, Pricing OK, but again really worst service ever..
