Good service. We arrived early in the morning and asked for storage luggage. The conceige gave us the key to lock our luggage. When we checked in at night, we were surprised to get upgrade to family room. The room is clean, bed and pillows suited us and we had good sleep there for 2 days. The breakfast buffet has lots of varieties. It closes to bus station and train station. The shopping mall is nearby. Staff are nice. I would recommend to stay.

Large hotel. Rooms adequate size ,clean Bed comfy clean,rooms are older style,bathroom & toilet are separate little odd . Fridge/tv with BBC English news/hairdryer. Kettles & Cups upon request. Breakfast buffet usual suspects adequate.Opposite is pizza takeway and icecream shop & restaurant. Short walk to bus station, trains, and Town..long walk to pretty Old Town. Large shopping centre close by. Tourist information in Town is excellent . No public transport from the airport* Overall good choice no frills.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the railway station. Likewise, a 10 minute walk from the city centre. My room was a decent size and more than adequate for my requirements. I was bed and breakfast and it was buffet service. The choice was ok but nothing special. Even so, there was enough to eat. There isn't a lot to do on Poprad. But, you can get to the Tatra Mountains, which I did. on the Electric Railway which starts above the main railway station. I also caught a local bus to Levoca. A journey of 40 minutes and what a beautiful place it us.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe für 3 Tage im Hotel Satel in Poprad. Anmeldung begann mit Einschecken und Ausweis für jede Person. Empfang war in Ordnung. Parkplatz für Bus wurde bereitgestellt. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, es ist nicht weit bis zu einem Einkaufsmarkt. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, jedoch mit kleine M?ngeln. Die Lichtschalter in der Dusche und der Toiletten sind Innen angebracht, gew?hnungsbedürftig. Keine Halter für das Toilettenpapier. In der Dusche besteht Rutschgefahr, zu glatte Fliesen. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut, das Abendessen mit zu wenig Abwechslung. Direkt vor dem dem Hotel gibt es einen Eisverkauf mit sehr moderaten Preisen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
