Very helpful and genuine stuff, great location.
I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to ?trbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you!

The room is small but the bed is comfortable. There is no air system in the room, so you need to keep the window open. Unfortunately, since all the rooms have balconies, people will go on their balcony to smoke and the smoke then comes into your room. You are able to request a fan from the front desk. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the city center.

Stayed with a small group at the hotel. very good location near to center & Forum shopping center.Rooms are nicely renovated with balcony like in 4 stars hotel.Excellent breakfast. Very good service both at the reception and restaurant. Dinner could be improved by more variety. Wil definately stay again at this hotel

Overnight stay for an early flight, the hotel has a huge reception which could do with some plants and flowers to make it feel a little more welcoming. Its location is very good and only a short walk to the main town and Forum shopping centre. The rooms are very basic, you have to ask for a kettle and cups for tea and they don’t provide any tea bags or milk. Breakfast, the hot plates and food even at 7am were only lukewarm however, there was a reasonable choice of other items so not a problem. Taxi to the airport 7 euros and only a 10 min drive.

Recently renovated, comfortable and well placed
Great hotel near Poprad city center, railway station by foot. Recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Renovated bathrooms seems to be smaller and less practical than the old ones with bath tube. Tasty breakfast with everything that is needed to well fill in a stomach. Available parking with reasonable price. Good for short as well as long stay. Extra discount for Poprad Aquacity with stay.
