云西站出来就能看见酒店的招牌。吃饭逛街非常方便。水和咖啡免费喝。很多餐厅和便利店都是24小时营业。就是房间太小了。转身都费劲

i like crisp and clean linens but when yours are tattered and soiled, what would you be your next action? i exposed mine for the housekeeping staff to see, implying that they should change it with a more presentable replacement. but alas, not only was my room not tidied up during the day, i was forced to go out while the cleaners came late after dinner. and worse of all, my linens were not replaced! the noise upstairs where the function hall is situated can reach my room. it was not sound-proof! why, even their toothbrush has a hollow back. not impressive.

1. Room Superior King and Superior Suite The rooms were spacious but the persons allowed to stay were very limited. As for the Superior King, maximum of two persons are allowed to stay but only one has a complimentary breakfast. For Superior Suite,6 persons is the capacity but only 3 persons have complimentary breakfast. 2. Price Compared to other hotels, it is pricey. I paid around 20,500 for two rooms just for one night. 3. Amenities Superb! They have lot of amenities to offer. From pool, water massage, sauna and own pool in suite area. 4. Food Dinner buffet was good. For just 699 per person, we've enjoyed the selection, specially the unli steak. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Few selection but decent enough. Cafe or coffeeshop was meh. Did not like the coffee and cake I ordered. 5. Staff Not as excellent as from other hotels we've tried but they were good and kinda approachable.

The place is great and spacious. It is in the Clark area so the surroundings is quiet and upscale. The room is suitable for the family. There is a recliner chair too for TV watching. There is no cable/Netflix though. There are toiletries provided but no hot water for the bath. The water spa is the main highlight during our stay. (5 stars for this amenity) Food is expensive and below expectations. Grab food and nearby restaurants are available. Staff is undermanned probably due to pandemic so they're not as friendly/accommodating compared to similar hotels. Overall, the place is great. We will go back there again.

Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said

The business function hall where we had our conference did not have the proper facilities. The table cloth is in complete disarray, tattered, and materials are bed sheets-like. I complained to the front desk after our first day how the hall could be improved but nothing was done. They left the area as is. Our room was not ready on time. While the check in time was set to 3PM, my room in particular was only ready by 630 PM because the male and female cleaners we caught in our room, reasoned out that they were not informed to clean the room. It makes me wonder why they assigned male and female cleaners and what they are doing in the room that late and had not cleaned the room. The food is not spectacular. Does not taste delicious. They would forget one or two like sauce and seasoning. Nothing Korean either. We even have to order more food from the outside.

We booked two rooms and were surprised to get an upgraded rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean with wi-fi and toiletries. Lobby is elegantly furnished while staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner buffet food are excellent and they are generous in serving wine. We will surely come back to this hotel. Great experience.
