Dear guest First of all, we would like to thank you for the time you have invested to give us your feedback. We agree that the circumstances leading to your room being cleaned on the 1st of January, way later than usually planned, were unfortunate. We can only apologize for the waiting time. This most certainly does not live up to the high standard we strive to have and maintain. Rest assured that we discussed the matter and have already initiated measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Furthermore, all guests are always welcomed with the offer to help with their luggage. We do apologise if there was any misunderstanding in this matter. However, upon your arrival our team offered on multiple occasions to bring your luggage to the room which you had kindly asked us not to do. If our guests do not wish for us to take care of their luggage for them, we do have to respect that decision. We do, however as already mentioned above, always offer this service to our guests upon their arrival. If guests do wish to have assistance with bringing the luggage down to reception upon their check-out, we are always more then happy to do this for them too. After all, we are proud of our many services and do everything we can to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay. However, a car park service is not part of our repertoire. We do not advertise this on platforms or on our own website. This amenity is a 5-star standard in Switzerland. If guests arrive by car, we refer them to car parks with which we work in order to obtain a discount. In Zurich, the options are very limited, as the city council wants to keep the city center largely traffic-free. Dear Guests Thank you very much for taking the time to give us some feedback. We were very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at the Sorell Hotel St. Peter. Unfortunately, due to environmental restrictions we are only allowed to cool the rooms 5°C underneath the outside temperature if the temperature outside is above 20°C, to a maximum low of 22°C. We do offer fans to suport the system and we always reccommend to open the windows while our guest are out for dinner. This helps to get some fresh and cool air into the room while not disrupting the sleep at night. We would be very happy to welcome you back again at the Sorell Hotel St. Peter.
