Amazing Hotel. All the bars and restaurants are walking distance. There is a spa on the ground floor, which was food. The sauna is great but the steam room could be better (not steamy at all). The valet drivers were very amazing and very helpful.

Room was nice as was hotel overall. Staff were friendly and it is very conveniently located close to everything in the Old Port. The main annoying thing was the exorbitant parking charges we were hit with - $63 per day for the pleasure of using their valet service. It’s probably my own fault for not asking when we checked in but wow that seemed to be really expensive. Other than that, no complaints and would potentially return, just would find a way to avoid using their parking facilities.

Decor is beautiful and our room was clean upon arrival. The lighting was very dull and the following day housecleaning was very slow. Our room was finally cleaned after 4 p.m. and only after visiting the main desk twice to inquire. We were given two free cocktails in the bar while we waited.

Everything from the moment we arrived was amazing. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and I I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again soon.

I would highly recommend H?tel William Gray. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. The room itself was beautiful, pristine, and the bed was very comfy. Our dinner on the Terrasse was next level. Delicious food, great service, and beautiful view.

The staff really shine as helpful, caring , enjoyable people! Hotel is very well situated for exploring even in winter. The room was spotless and every request was responded to immediately.! Loved the experience. It will be my home away from home when traveling to Montreal!

Plein de choses à distance de marche. H?tel magnifique, personnel sympathique, plusieurs services offerts sur place. On y retournera !

Très bien accueil de la part de la réception.
Une petite attention nous attendait dans notre chambre avec un petit mot de la conciergerie.
Une superbe vue sur la grande roue de Montréal.

Nous avons célébré notre 23e anniversaire de mariage de weekend!
Nous avons fait le très bon choix de l'h?tel William Gray et son restaurant-terrasse sut le toit!
Les cocktails sont délicieux et nous avons eu un excellent repas. Le raviole au homard est un plat sublime.
L'h?tel est tellement bien situé et beau, c'est fantastique. Nous avions une très belle vue de la chambre, et la chambre est très confortable et belle.
C'est un 5 étoiles de A à Z. Nous avons été très bien re?us et même avec plusieurs très belles attentions.
