Property is beautiful and unique with a mixture of old architecture and modern flare and interior with all the amenities one expects from a 5 star property. On site dining is among the best in the city. Eddy at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with!

Property needs some tlc - fitness center very dirty, hallways have a sewage smell, bedroom excellent bed. Location is fantastic. Staff for valet extremely friendly rest of the staff not very engaging.

The only good thing about this hotel was the le labo - not a luxury experience. Staff was pushy and met us with a lot of pushback on valid concerns around cleanliness and safety. When asked to change the bed pillows becuase the smelt dirty and used they asked us which pillow we would like changed

We were upgraded to a beautiful room. We were given two drink coupons. Daily free bottled water. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was perfect, one block from everything. The shower was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful two days.

On a weekend getaway with the wife. Really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The Family room (common area) was a nice touch to enjoy a cocktail before going out. Dozens of great restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance. Bonus that café Olympico was right in the building too.?
Rooms were clean modern (new part of the hotel).

Overall it was a wonderful experience and we look forward to heading back during patio season.
