the staff was amazing. room was before i arrived and every day after . one of the best resorts i’ve stayed at in jamaica and ive been to quite a few. good was amazing! great first time experience.

The Hotel had a Wow factor the minute you entered the recption area. Rented an Ocean view room very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were excellent. The resturant food was good you did not have to worry about bottled water because they had an excellent purification system. There were plenty of things to do if you had kids they had games for them as well.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
Overall an excellent experience.

Room was kind of small. Beautiful view. Small things roach spider water turn brown light on the wall didn’t work room smell like wet.but overall beautiful property. I really enjoyed myself. Perfect I had a ball!

The staff were friendly. The pools were relaxing. The food was good for the most part. Some of the fruit was frozen and thawed not fresh. Definitely visit the ice cream shop! The shows were mediocre at best. The ocean was not good for snorkeling. Rohan at the bar was excellent! Overall a nice resort.

Everything was perfect, I really have no other words but PERFECT. From the upgraded room (for our honeymoon) to the restaurants to the activities to the spa and kitty cat rescue house Everything was Perfect. I couldn't have asked or hoped for anything else. The entire staff was amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. I loved every second we were there and im so sad im leaving today.

Staff was amazing - especially the entertainment team... they made it super fun for everyone.
Food was decent, although the fruits weren't quite up to expectation (some were frozen, etc.).
Pool should be a bit warmer, and some maintenance needs work, but it's also just after the hurricane so makes sense they are playing catchup.
We would definitely go back!

The resort was nice. Good food and great staff. However the beach was very dirty. We had to leave the resort just to go snorkeling. Also, this resort is three resorts in one. ******* takes pictures of all three, but you only get to use yours unless you want to pay more. Kinda deceiving if you ask me.

Room was clean and staff was welcoming. Some stuff not working but they just went through a cat 5 hurricane so understandable. But overall good vacation

our room was great. The cleaning lady always had it done back up so nice. we had problems with our elevator. I have a handicap, but it makes it hard for me to go up and downstairs and four days of our stay the elevator didn’t work and there was really nobody to tell. Tried calling the lobby, but never got an answer. anytime we ate. The staff was so friendly no matter where we ate, and Always took care of all our needs.
