If I could give it 10 stars I would. The room was spotless the food was excellent with a very large selection of different cuisines. Best resort I’ve stayed at so far. I’m already planning my return trip for the summer.

Room was very clean. Wait staff and entertainment crew were very polite and courteous. had 2 rooms on one booking and they roomed us so far apart. we were on different blocks. Tried asking for a change and they said that was it. They couldn't do much because we booked with a third party. Crazy that they treat us like 2nd class because we didnt book directly with the Hotel. They front desk staff gave us the run around, so we just let it be.

Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!

Love this property. I’ve been a few times and I’ll go back. The food has gotten better, Jamaican night was awesome. The staff was ok. My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee

Iberostat Beach was the first choice for me. I have no regrets. It is the best value with least crowd amd all the amenities and more of a five star hotel. The service was friendly, the architectire was luxuriious, the beach was sunny and breezy, the food was tasty and the experience was memorable. A photogfapher was there at dinner to capture the moment of a lifetime memory. Loved it!!!

It was ok... it's a great hotel for a family vacation.. however if you are trying to get away with your girls or maybe your boo.. you might get a little bored..
