Nous sommes restés 3 semaines pour notre cure à Callou la chambre, la clim, la literie et la propreté impeccables par contre cette chambre n'est pas con?ue pour un long séjour aucun rangement 3 porte manteaux pas de commodes pas de tiroirs le petit déjeuner formidable le restaurant aucune variété en entrée des légumes d'hiver pas une seule tomates menus con?us de fa?on insolite aucun sucres lents nécessaires au fonctionnement du cerveau il faut toujours demander (une purée ou des pates ou du riz) Le personnel parfait très accueillant très à l'écoute

Idéalement placé près du centre ville, au calme, juste derrière les Termes des D?mes et à c?té des termes de Calou, très bonne insonorisation des chambres, très bonne literie. L’ambiance le rapproche d’un Ibis Style. Ménage impeccable. Très bon souvenir d’un séjour de 4 jours.

H?tel très bien situé : c'est le point positif Quand vous entrez dans la chambre vous ête saisi par une odeur style déodorant WC qui empeste et en plus imprègne vos habits ! Le lit est équipé d'une alèse en plastique de très mauvaise qualité qui, lorsque vous êtes allongé, fait un bruit de froissement de plastique ce qui est inacceptable dans un h?tel quel qu'il soit. Petit déjeuner correct

Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)

We spent one night here while passing through the region. Booked very last minute without reading any reviews...it was exactly what we had expected. It's a very simple hotel but well-located. Room is again, simple and a bit dated. Cleanliness could be improved especially the shower. Signs of wear and tear but everything worked. To our surprise the breakfast was pretty good - the pastries were fresh and high quality, not soggy industrialized stuff one often finds in budget hotels. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to the river, city centre and opera house. Nothing to complain about given the price, which we found to be good value.
