Based on our records, your room became available at 3:53 pm, your luggage was delivered at that time, and you were contacted and officially checked in at 4:02 pm. While we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, early check-ins are dependent on availability and occupancy.We regret that the in-room coffee machine and air conditioning did not meet expectations. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the appropriate teams for follow-up.Regarding the nearby dock construction, this activity is part of the city’s project and takes place outside of our property and control. That said, we completely understand how disruptive this may be to some guests and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will continue to advocate on behalf of our guests whenever possible to minimize impacts.We genuinely value all guest comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a relaxing stay.
