Please rest assured that we are actively planning updates to refresh these rooms while maintaining the character that makes this wing so special.We’re truly sorry to learn that noise from nearby rooms disrupted your rest. We understand how important a peaceful night’s sleep is, and we regret that we didn’t have the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay, as we would have welcomed the chance to make things right for you. Due to ongoing renovations on our first floor, where our pet-friendly rooms are typically located, we’ve had to temporarily accommodate guests travelling with pets on the second floor. This is not our usual setup, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transitional period.
