Wow… what a lovely welcoming and friendly place to stay. Accommodated us after being let down by another accommodation. The mum and son were very friendly. Let us check in early and were very understanding with how stressed we were. Breakfast was lovely and a very reasonable price. Chatty hosts and very helpful. Always checking everything was ok and telling us to let them know if we needed anything. Lovely room, not masses of space but wasn’t needed as it was only a place to rest our heads. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. Very close to the Southsea seafront too.

Booked here for Victorious weekend but our 'boutique hotel' let us down for a luxury stay the night before. Rahul confirmed and allowed is to stay an extra night at short notice. ?? Lovely simple room. Great for what we needed it for. Walked to and from the festival with ease. Veggie fried breakfast every day by lovely Mum Real personalised service. Gave us a street parking permit to borrow too. Recommended

The pier B&B was excellent and friendly staff and very nice rooms and breakfast are delicious and I definitely come here again. The shower ?? is very nice and the beds are comfortable and I love it all

The location of the Inn is ideal. It’s central to PEI areas you may want to visit. The bay view is very nice too. Better from the upper floor.

Excellent accommodation,location and a great guesthouse all-round. Great breakfast and oweners are friendly and not intrusive at all. Room clean with comfy beds and pillows. Would highly recommend this place.

So lucky to find this gem of a place, Rahul and his mum were perfect hosts, the breakfasts were great and the accommodation clean and comfortable. As we were in Portsmouth for the Victorious Festival the location was perfect and if we go again next year we’ll definitely be coming back here. We had room #3, first floor at the front; large box window, very light and airy and even though we were facing the street (and bear in mind it was Festival time) the noise late on was minimal and not at all a problem. If you want a place 5 minutes walk from the Hover with Gunwharf and Old Portsmouth on your doorstep look no further.
