Location is great, close ro hoan kim lake and old quarter. All walking distance.
The room look like what you see in pictures. Clean and dry. Last hotel i stay at the room was damp, the bed sheet feel wet.
This hotel the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Bed sheet and blankets also clean and dry, room temp was good
Would recommend this hotel over Hanoi Morning Hotel

Fabulous place! We stayed here for three nights on an extended weekend to celebrate an anniversary party. Lovely sea view bedroom with a spa bath. Bed was super big and comfortable. Pristine clean too. The breakfasts was superb. Loved the haddock and kippers offered for breakfast which I indulged every morning. My husband had the full English twice and the boiled eggs accompanied with warm buttered soldiers. The food served all day and in the evening was amazing. We didn’t have to go out looking for food. It was perfect in the hotel. All the staff were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality we’d had. We will be back.

This was more of a motel than a hotel. ?That said it was clean, comfortable and the room was fairly spacious.

the good:
- location is really convenient, with plenty of food, shops and beauty services around.
- amenities are good. dental kit, cotton bud, lotion and body wash/ shampoo.
- check in and check out process is swift.
the not so good:
- room is a tad bit dusty and there are some hair on the bed.
- the entire building/ surrounding area has little or no signal. you have to rely solely on the hotel's wifi.
- the room is not sound proof so you can hear others.

The room and service was amazing. The location is almost the center of the old town in a little less busy main street. All other attractions are in walking distance. However, due to the hotel being right next to the street, there were cars honking sounds almost all the time and even in late night. If you are a light sleeper i would not recommend it or only choose the room that is far from the street. I also booked my Halong Bay tour with the hotel and secured a good deal. Overall, i love my stay here and the service provided by the hotel is great.

Visited in April 2025. The food was not as good as previous times we have visited. The food was alright and service was not a quick as previous visits. It was still good and staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful, warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel for some lunch. In spite of it being very busy (clearly a popular place) the staff were friendly and attentive. We had the chilli and jacket potato, and the shepherd's pie (which was a tasty, winter warmer). Margaret, the manager, checked if everything was OK. She was warm and friendly. Special mention goes to Catherine and Harriet for their great service. You can definitely tell it's a family-run business rather than being part of a chain.

Well worth a visit. Outstanding food and experience. Friendly staff especially Hayley our waitress. It's so nice to see this sea town resort thriving. Here for the bowls championship and I would highly recommend. For was excellent and fresh. My dad can be a little fussy and he was suitably impressed.
