Very nice hotel in the center of Anuradhapura.
The room was really clean and comfortable, the pool was great, the food was excellent (we recommend to take the diner at the hotel) and the manager was extremely kind, helping us organize our visit to the city with a wonderful guide for a very honest price.
Some comments mentioned noise from the street, but we were not disturbed at all during our stay.
One recommendation: add a mosquito net, since mosquitos in Anuradhapura seemed quite aggressive

Good and clean family room and friendly staff. Arranged a tuktuk tour for us to discover Anuradhapura. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well. We only stayed one night but was an excellent place for our stop in Anuradhapura.
We stayed 3 nights in Kutumbaya with 7 pesons. Nice atmosphere, rooms and pool. Next to that the kitchen is great. We'd 2 times lunch and dinner, all fresh and taste and in out opinion better then some of the high ranked restaurants in Anuradjapura. Don' t miss the baked bananas as desert from the chef! Desmond the manager makes you feel welcome from the first moment. Does everything to make you stay pleasant and has good advices when it comes to local high lights to visit and how to organize for transportation.
We went to this hotel for one night, and had fun using the pool. We saw several families staying here. Although the staff sometimes seemed to have a lot to do, they were helpful in booking a car for us, and arranging for a knowledgable tuktuk driver to show us the sights. The fish curry was great!
Fijn huisje naast t zwembad, goede douche en prima bed. Simpel maar relax. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kan helpen bij excursies. Leuke restaurants in de omgeving. Fijne uitvalsbasis om de plaats te verkennen of om wilpatu te bezoeken.
