Room not so convenient small, smells and there's no chair or table in the room.

The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean and just nice but no table to put things the location was convenient. Service was decent but nothing special. Overall, an average experience.

Everythin is good buat my room has bed which is blocked from airconditioner, it was also leaking

Basic Queen booked with Breakfast as priced AUD81.77 with Tax inclusive. When arrive at Hotel the Receptionist said the room was not available and with 2 Single bed room with not enough facilities and no Hot Water for shower. She charged me another RM50 extra and another Tourism Tax of RM20. The 1st photo was the room allocated, the 3rd and 4th photo is the room replaced with extra charges. The breakfast was terrible and not suitable such as coffee and milk with no taste, and the milks is mixed with water.

Bilik okay, besar, kemas, tapi sinki bocor, Aircond dia macam tak sejuk, rasanya pihak hotel boleh service dah tu.
Katil dia bunyi2 sikit, risau je patah kalau ganas sangat. Huuu. Tapi untuk menginap semalam dua okay sahaja.
