3/10 - pintu tak boleh lock , katil berbunyi mcm nak roboh , bau dekat floor sangat hancing

It is a very nice place to stay, a lot of Malaysian people at the hotel and in the pool.
It is an old building but the room is fine. Everything we need for our 1 night stay was there.
At the rooftop we enjoyed our dinner whilst looking at monkeys and birds
We stayed there with 2 adults and our 7 year old child

katil nampak bersih tapi bila baring gatal semua badan. hampir tak boleh tidur sebab gatal2.?
anak2 semua pun tidur sambil menggaru sebab kegatalan

At first it was difficult to check in the it was ok

Harga murah, tapi kebersihan sangat teruk. Lantai berpasir dan melekit. Bilik banyak semut. Cadar gatal. Lock pintu tandas rosak. Sangat banyak perlu diperbaiki. Tingkap tak bole tutup rapat.

Trmpat ok lh, ada koram bole bdak3 mandi, nak sarapan pagi pun ada.. next time bole pegi lg..

Ini kali kedua booking bilik superior king. Bilik ada jakuzi. Kali pertama ok lah not bad, tapi bab water heater dia tu..mcm takde langsung air panas. Bilik air pun nak mandi air sejuk je. Air panas tak function. Hari tu duduk bilik 4002 dah complain pasal air panas. Kali ni duduk bilik 4001 pun sama.. air panas tak function. Tolong repair system water heater hotel. Bila kita complain kat lobby, kata nya sebab orang ramai sangat guna ????

location berdekatan waterfront , nak pergi mandi pantai kena naik kereta . nak cari makan tak perlu susah2 , berderet kedai tomyam . untuk bilik tahap kebersihan kurang memuaskan . mungkin boleh upgrade sikit .

Actually the hotel not worth with the price. the room sound isolation very bad, the vehicle sound from the road and the noise of children playing water at the swimming pool, can't sleep at all throughout the night, furthermore, the room very dirty full with dust, seems like they not clean the room serously, very annoying, no next time
