This charming hotel is a nice little oasis in Santa Cruz. The owner Isabella was absolutely lovely and made us all feel like we were at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean with AC and hot water. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was a perfect place to recoup from the heat after excursions and time in the city. The sweet resident dog Lava was by far the highlight for my kids during our stay.
Amazing place. Really clean and quiet. I loved everything, including the puppy that lives there! Would definitely come back. The main avenue was really close to Lava House, so you can come and go as you please and it just takes a couple minutes to reach the main bay. Overall I had a great experience with this place.
This is a very basic hotel. Our first night was very noisy from traffic but they were kind enough to move us down a room and it was much better. Not much for amenities. Very basic breakfast. Overall clean and tidy. Staff very nice.
This is a clean, basic hotel relatively close walking distance to the Main Street where there are numerous shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included and made for you (not buffet) but again, is very basic. The hotel grounds are very nice and staff is very accommodating.
A estadia foi bastante prazerosa. O quarto é bastante amplo, confortável e limpo. Isabel, sua família e funcionários s?o todos atenciosos, fazendo me sentir em uma casa. E o café da manh? é variado e farto. Recomendo a todos a hospedagem em Lava House, espero voltar.

La se?ora muy linda, hace cosas para q estés muy agusto. El hijo la verdad hace que quieras huir de ahí. Hizo fiesta privada familliar, uno viene agotado y quiere descansar y había música a todo volúmen y gente platicando, hasta tarde.Lo que quieres es dormir. Aún les falta sentido de hotel o de hostal. Ese sentido profesional no lo tienen. Aún les falta mucho para lo q de pagó.
Excelente hotel en Santa Cruz de Galápagos
Excelente alojamiento en Puerto Ayora, en la isla de Santa Cruz en Galápagos. Se trata de un hotel familiar, habitaciones muy limpias, amplias, confortables con TV y aire acondicionado. El lugar es muy bonito con jardines y se ofrece un desayuno muy rico por las ma?anas. Está bien situado a un paso del mercado, de la zona del Kiosko donde están los restaurantes con menú de 5 dólares, el puerto... Son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.
