I've never written a bad review so here is the first.The room had no windows.The Internet didn't work.Loud music pulsated into my room until 4am.Even leaving the TV on didn't mitigate the noise. I left after 2 nights. The staff refused to give any credit on my room though I prepaid for 7 nights. On positive note the free breakfast was very good

Very nice and clean room .its been 6 time that i stay in liera green hotel .and never have anything problem ..always fantastic staff . .

I had a few hiccups we booked a suite and were given a small room. I guess they overbooked things here so be careful with that. However, the staff fixed it after two days and we were able to get our suite for the remainder of the stay Pablo at the front door or desk was great he communicated very well with us and made our stay enjoyable. This place is located Llera Green Park so keep in mind. The businesses are open until three in the morning so you will hear music and possibly loud people even though that was not an issue for us and we knew exactly how it works there since we’ve been here about 5-6 times at this hotel already.

Staff and service were outstanding. Depending on the room chosen, the rooms are quite small. Proximity to Parque Lleras is difficult to beat. But if you’re noise sensitive, this place is not for you. WiFi service is a roll of the dice. Decent in some rooms. Useless in others. Beds regardless of room could be more comfortable.

Room was in great location. Room very clean. Staff provide a safe environment. However i reserved a large suite with couch but there was no large suite available

Dirty sheets and pillows disgusting restrooms (showers) and very, very noisy bedrooms until 4:00am every night! Do not come to this hotel you’ll regretted for months!
