Io e mia sorella ci siamo prese qualche giorno di ferie per goderci la bellezza della Toscana. L'ospitalità di Matteo e la posizione dell'appartamento (pieno centro) hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Molto consigliato.
This is in a great location right in the centre of Lucca. The room was clean and comfortable with complementary water and tea / coffee. Breakfast was a coffee and croissant at a bakery round the corner. Huge kudos to the host Matteo whose communication was fantastic via WhatsApp. He was super helpful and responded quickly to messages.
Great place! I was talking to the new owner. I was confused because I saw some poor reviews but when i arrived it was super clean and honestly a beautiful space! Turns out he bought the property recently and completely renovated. Lovely stay right in the city center.
Letteralmente a 10 metri dalla piazza centrale di Lucca. Io in realtà sono venuto per il Lucca comix, potevo vedere lo stand di Stranger Things dalla mia finestra. Posizione molto strategica e comunque una camera molto graziosa e ospitale però ci sono stato ben poco poiché ero molto occupato con la fiera.
Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile, posizione strategica e centralissima. Eravamo in quattro, più una bimba di due anni e mezzo, e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La colazione era inclusa tramite un buono da utilizzare in una pasticceria convenzionata: un'idea comoda e piacevole. Tutto è stato davvero ottimo. Durante il periodo del Lucca Comics, la location si è rivelata perfetta per muoversi comodamente in città.
Il soggiorno presso Lucca Charme è andato benissimo! La posizione del B&B non potrebbe essere migliore: tra Piazza San Michele e Via Fillungo (la bella via dello shopping). Bar, ristoranti e vinerie non mancano e le attrazioni artistiche della città sono tutte a due passi. Il B&B consiste di poche camere e quindi piuttosto intimo. Ogni camera ha il suo bollitore e vengono fornite gratuitamente le bustine per il té nonché capiscile per la macchinetta del caffè (posta nella zona comune. La nostra camera era molto silenziosa ed il letto molto comodo. Altro punto forte è l’host, Matteo, veramente gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno! Un’ottima esperienza che rifaremo!

Excellent location in the middle of the city - everything within a short walk. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Would stay there again.

A perfect location in a room with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean and the host (Matteo) was very friendly and helpful when we wanted to stay an extra night. It was very quiet even though there were four of us on the floor. Two of the rooms had a bathroom outside the room, but it was just for us and not difficult to take the 4 steps to the bathroom from the bedroom. In fact, it was a lovely big bathroom, which we wouldn't have had if it were an ensuite. Breakfast voucher could be spent at the local bakery - 2 mins walk away and the choice was good and the food and coffee delicious. All round good experience for us.
I went there for only one day and the position is just awesome! It is in the heart of the city, very close to the main square. Matteo, the host, is really friendly and will help you with everything that you need for a great staying. The room was nice and clean! Next year I will come back for Lucca Comix and will come here 100%
Lovely and definitely a charming BnB. Central location and polite staff. Clean and welcoming. Recommend this BnB for anyone looking for an authentic experience and a nice place to stay while in Lucca.
