Siamo stati bene, Matteo è stato veloce nella comunicazione del self check in. Siamo entrati in autonomia all’orario che ci piaceva. Abbiamo trovato una camera molto pulita e ordinata, non mancava niente, caffè omaggio, tisane di vario gusto. Il letto era molto comodo.
Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Lucca, ist aber zu Fu? vom Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war gro? und sauber. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem historischen Geb?ude und hat seinen Charm. Der Host, Matteo war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann nichts negatives über den Aufenthalt sagen. Lucca Charm è davvero un posto speciale! L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Si trova in una posizione perfetta per girare il centro di Lucca a piedi, ma è anche tranquillo e silenzioso. Il check-in è stato super semplice e l’host gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e autentico nel cuore di Lucca!
We could not fault Lucca charm in any way, the location was amazing, right in the town but quiet and peaceful in our room. Although basic we had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy with housekeeping every day. No restaurant but we got vouchers for coffee & pastry every morning at buralli pastry shop right around the corner,the owner, Matteo came to see us to check all was ok. And explained it was a "a work in progress " as he was the new owner We would definitely stay here again
Siamo stati più volte in questa location. Nuova gestione ma sempre eccellente. pulita ordinata,posizione eccellente in pieno centro storico,prezzo giusto compresa la colazione in pasticceria. Fa provare consigliatissimo Noi e la 4 volta che ci andiamo ottima anche come alloggio per le escursioni in Toscana
Sono più che soddisfatta del mio soggiorno presso questo B&B nel cuore di Lucca! Dalla prenotazione alla partenza, tutto è stato perfetto. Il proprietario Matteo è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, con un tocco di eleganza toscana. La colazione è stata deliziosa. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle mura e dalle principali attrazioni della città. Non posso che consigliare questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno autentico e confortevole a Lucca. Cinque stelle senza dubbio!
Il mio soggiorno al Lucca Charm BnB è stato davvero eccezionale. Matteo si è dimostrato un host impeccabile: disponibile, cordiale e sempre pronto a fornire ottimi consigli. La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore di Lucca, ideale per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Tutto è stato comodo e organizzato alla perfezione. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chi desidera vivere Lucca al meglio?
The place is very conveniently located and we were able to walk everywhere in town! The rooms were fine just a little run down but overall comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the location!
Excellent location in the center of the old town. Minutes walk to all sights. Like most hotels in the old town, this one only has a few rooms, so one should expect more of a B&B experience instead of any fancy hotel facility. Breakfast is by voucher, to a nearby pastry shop (for one coffee and one pastry).

The air conditioning system was poor. The place itself was central, in a perfect spot for getting around by foot. We did not like the idea that we needed to go out and get our own breakfast each day. Plus a typical breakfast has fruit, juice and pastry or savoury of some kind.
