It was an amazing!! Had my daughter's 16th birthday here and it was perfect. We are locals and frequent the Madonna Inn often. It's always an experience that you never forget.

Delivery service only stars at 8am. We want to leave at 7:30, can’t get what we want. Bed is very comfortable, AC need to be maintained, too loud

Staff was courteous on check-in. It’s a fun experience overall, but room felt dingy, somewhat old. You could tell they clean without attention to detail as some areas were still dusty. Toilet was dirty. Shower head was full of water scum and shampoo holder was broken. Wouldn't stay again.

The room we stayed in showed its age, and was dirty upon check in. We request room service for our second day, but they never came. We then requested fresh towels at least, and had to ask 3 times before we received any. The staff appeared disinterested and annoyed during check in and check out.
The pool area was nice.

Madonna Inn is a one-of-a-kind experience, and it truly lived up to the hype!
Every detail feels intentional. The design is bold, playful, and unapologetically over the top in the best way. Each space has its own personality, and it never felt generic or tired.
The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. It’s easy to spend time just walking around and taking it all in. The room we stayed in was memorable, comfortable, and unlike anything you’ll find at a standard hotel!
Staff were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Service felt thoughtful and well paced. Not to mention the history lesson we got from the front desk staff- it was amazing!
This is not a place you stay just to sleep. It’s a place you stay to experience. If you want something fun, unique, and full of character, Madonna Inn delivers.
I would absolutely stay here again!!!

It was nice, but a couple problems. Wifi didn’t work for either of us, and when I called to tell them, they just said to restart my device, which didn’t help at all. So rather than fixing the situation, they just left us to figure it out on our own (which we couldn’t do).
Also, the restaurant was not as good as on my prior visit.

Madonna Inn was a spectacular getaway. We were pleased with our view from the Matterhorn room and the comfortable bed and spacious room. Delicious food options on the property and friendly staff. We can’t wait to return!!
