Unfortunately the lovely view of the beach couldn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and care taken by accommodation staff. When raised concerns about these issues we felt the staff would brush them off as if this was a regular occurrence. Very disappointing for accommodation that cost over 300$ per night

Nice place in a not so busy area with plenty of easy access food outlets and grocery shopping. Beautiful area of the Sunshine Coast. Would definitely come again. Rooms were large and facilities were good. Clean and tidy with space for spreading out.

Ocean views from every apartment. Directly opposite the beach. Nestled amongst shops and restaurants. Well maintained building. Large heated pool and spa. Walk to grocery store. Only basic kitchen gear included so ended up buying utensil and bbq tools.

Nice View. Great facilities & Internet access. Easy to use. Comfortable 2 Bedroom Executive apartment. Resort pool & spa - Aewsome. Easy access for customers with wheely walker to Mooloolaba Beach, Restaurants, Cafe's, Shops . Didn't have to take the Car out once. Even got to see a whale from the Balcony. Great place to relax, unwind & chill out.

Great location and nice pool but that’s where the compliments end. Poorly maintained with mould in the silicon, rusty appliances, thick dust and dirt. We were unfortunately travelling with a toddler and 9mo who I did not feel comfortable putting on the dirty smelly rug, and had my toddler pick up someone else’s mail clippings that were left in the room. The place looked as though it had not had a decent clean in months other than just a quick vacuum and towel/bedding replacement. Spoke with another couple at the pool who had also complained about cleanliness and was offered another room which we were not. Would not recommend unless in a newly renovated room.

Definately recommend. This was another return two week relaxing holiday from NZ. Room has excellent layout, luxury 2 bathrooms an spare bedroom was useful for excess luggage storage. Rooms an bathrooms clean , big thank you to room assistants, Sirocco has excellent views an great location. .Coles is close by, lots of great female clothes shops. Except for 2 amazing Italian restaurants, all the others pretty similar re menu choices, it's all burgers an chips or pizza, as with NZ eating out was expensive, but hey you're on holiday. Thankfully downstairs was a healthy option salad bar. Thank you to Zoey an the reception team for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Watching the whales from our balcony and the thunderstorm with lighting was an awesome site! Everything was close to us , the boutiques were fantastic and walking on the beach every morning. Recommend the greek seafood restaurant Psari Seafood bar and grill. Will come back again, our friends from Melbourne absolutely loved it. Must go to the Zen day spa for a massage but book ahead as they are popular.

Clean convenient location with nice beach view but average service, decor, facilities. Very tired. Wifi and cable TV did not work so had to use our data and hotspots. Dryer buttons not working. Air con could not be adjusted. Poor water pressure. 1990s decor. No coffee machine. Requests for service never answered and girls on the desk lacked knowledge.
