Lovely stay! 18 dollars for parking overnight, free drinks and snacks at counter!

This hotel appeared to be one of the best presented and higher quality hotels in this this quieter area of town. We stayed in a suite that was spacious and well equipped with fridge, sink, microwave, sink - more than comfortable for family of four with teenagers. Pool and reception area was nice, welcome drinks and free coffee and cookies throughout stay nice touch. 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins walk to State St. and 15 mins to Funk Zone. Felt perfectly safe walking at night so would be put off by location.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The location is great. The beds are comfortable but it is very expensive. I think there was a surge price for Saturday night due to Fiesta (which we were not in town for so it was frustrating to spend over $600 for one night. The hotel is nice but not sure it was worth the money.

We stayed in a king room on the second floor, which felt more spacious with the taller ceilings. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfy with two free alcoholic beverages upon check in, as well as free coffee and cookies available all day. We didn’t get the chance to use the bike rentals or the pool, but enjoyed the short walk to State St and the beach. The neighborhood also felt safe. Only downsides were the shower pressure, sheets and towels were a little scratchy, and it was extra $18 for parking on the premise. Fortunately there was street parking available just keep an eye for street sweeping signs. Overall, we enjoyed our short 2 night stay as we were here for a wedding. This was one of the more affordable options in the area, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in SB.

The staff was very helpful. Loved the homemade cookies and fruit in the lobby. However, be aware there is no mini fridge in room and only one available ice machine near pool area. We had to take walks serveral times to obtain ice. Bringing home leftovers from various restaurants was not available due to no area to warm them up. This is needed for a hotel who caters to families. Nice walkable distance from the beach, shopping and restaurants.
