I 5 pallini li do solo ai Luxoury hotel, pertanto non li posso dare, ma Comunque li meriterebbe tutti. ottimo sonno, hotel veramente confortevole, pulizia impeccabile, servizi al top, unico "neo" non è vicino al centro, ma a ben 30 minuti di camminata a velocità sostenuta. per il resto TOP.

The service at ME Lisbon is very good. The checkin and checkout staff was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had many great varieties, even without the buffet format. The rooms were new, clean and well designed. They also had so many amenities and gifts for our baby.

All in all we had a wonderful 3 night stay The check in staff/concierge were fantastic as were the housekeepers and spa therapists. We used the spa circuit daily, pool was cold but the sauna and turkish bath were great. Very clean facilities and complimentary cold water was available Our room was stunning and very clean - had to ask to replenish the coffee as it wasnt done automatically The roof top pool will we great in the summer The only disappointment was the breakfast. With it being al a carte there is no buffet, even for continental items. Coffee order was really slow every day, the hot food would come whilst you were still eating the cold and we always had to ask for extras such as croissants and banana bread as the standard basket hold one of each item and we are a family of 4. A buffet should and would be better for the cold items

Family holiday with the kids, chose the ME for it excellent location. From the moment we arrived the service from everyone working in the hotel was amazing. Throughout our stay they couldn’t do enough to help us. The hotel itself is also very nice. The spa and breakfast are top notch and our four boys enjoyed the pool a lot. The rooms were also extremely nice, luxurious and modern. Was a great few days away in a great city.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my life . The service and staff were Ana ing - facilities - spa - food - drinks - roof top bar and restaurant - fantastic beds- central to Lisbon . I’ll be back soon for sure . Liz

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet h?tel. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour la qualité exceptionnelle des services, que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant du petit-déjeuner ou au spa. L’h?tel nous a fait une magnifique surprise pour les 40 ans de mon mari, une attention qui nous a profondément touchés et qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Le personnel est tout simplement génial : chaleureux, attentionné, très professionnel et toujours souriant. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés du début à la fin. Tout était parfait, sans la moindre fausse note. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite. Un grand bravo et encore merci à toute l’équipe !

This hotel is absolutely superb. It is modern, stylish and extremely comfortable and well designed. It is brand new and everything has been thought of to the tiniest detail. I was messaged before arrival and asked if I had any requests or requirements. I told them we had a celebration while we were there and although the hotel excepts pets could we please have a pet free room. When we arrived they welcomed us like royalty and knew all the requirements we had asked for and mentioned them by name. Our room on the 7 th floor had a view over the city - but if you want a view of the sea go up to the roof terrace- where there is a pool with is only open in warmer weather. The staff had given us a beautiful chocolate mousse cake, fresh fruit, a card and bubbly as a surprise gift for us. However on subsequent days we were given port and pasta da nata, fruit, cold meats and wine. One day while we were out the housekeeper saw my phone charging cords were hanging loose - they gave each cord a little Velcro tie to make them easier to manage. On our last night we were presented with a ceramic swallow - a symbol of Portugal meaning love, loyalty, and new beginnings. Breakfast each day was freshly prepared- And generous with a wide choice - juice of the day as well a detox or simple oj grapefruit or others. The spa is lovely and many treatments are on offer as well as pool sauna relaxation rooms, sensory shower and Turkish bath The hotel tries to be as sustainable as possible with wooden keys and very little single use plastic (I didn’t see any) Dinner at Fismuler was a treat in itself and we wish all hotels could learn from the Melia Magic.

El Hotel cumple de manera sobresaliente con todas las expectativas, siendo una excelente elección para hospedarse en Lisboa. La estancia en familia fue verdaderamente inolvidable. Una de sus grandes ventajas es la disponibilidad de habitaciones interconectadas, lo que resulta un valor a?adido al permitir compartir el espacio de manera cómoda y conveniente con los ni?os. El desayuno, servido a la carta, es muy variado y de una calidad excelente, ofreciendo una experiencia gastronómica deliciosa. Además, el servicio proporcionado por el personal del hotel es digno de mención, destacándose por su amabilidad y profesionalidad, lo que eleva la experiencia en su totalidad. Sin duda, hotel 100% recomendable!
