I’ve stayed a few times at hotel Since it opened and it is one of the best. Everything is exceptional, the service from all staff, the restaurants and the rooms are large with everything you never even through you would need. And the bed is so comfortable - would not stay anywhere else in Lisbon

5 star all the way. Excellent customer service, top notch food, great amenities.Rooms were big and bed super comfortable. Close to hop on hop off sight seeing buses. Concierge was extremely helpful in fixing an outside issue that we had that had nothing to do with hotel. And we’re able to book a few tours with yellow cab tours through them. Highly recommend this hotel. Well worth the money. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Nothing but great things to say about our 4 night stay

We spent a few nights at ME Lisbon and honestly had one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel at home, kind, genuine, and always one step ahead. We even found surprises waiting in our room: a bottle of champagne, desserts, and chocolates on the bed. It’s clear that guest care is a real priority here. Our Junior Suite was spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was huge and super comfortable, with amazing linens and pillows. The bathroom had both a big walk-in shower and a freestanding tub, and we ended up using both every day. The C.O. Bigelow products, soft robes, and towels added that extra touch of luxury that makes a difference. The hotel is brand new and looks incredible. Everything feels modern, stylish, and spotless. In the evenings, video art is projected across the lobby walls, which gives the place a really cool, creative atmosphere. The rooftop pool was another highlight, with an amazing view over Lisbon and super comfortable loungers. We loved spending time there, and Mário and Madalena from the rooftop bar really made it special with their friendly energy and perfect service. Breakfast at Fismuler was excellent every single morning. There’s a huge variety to choose from, but the Moroccan eggs and Eggs Benedict are must-tries. We also visited the spa almost every evening, with its indoor pool, wet and dry saunas, and great showers. It was the perfect way to unwind after walking around the city. But the person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Mafalda. She went above and beyond every day to make sure we were happy and comfortable. On our last day, she even gave us a small handmade Andorinha ceramic, which was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, something we’ll really treasure. We left with the feeling that everything about this hotel comes from the heart, from the design to the people. Can’t wait to come back. Eli & Erez

Our time at ME Lisbon was increíble from start to finish. The service was honestly some of the best we’ve ever experienced - everyone went out of their way to welcome and assist us. We even found little surprises waiting in our room like champagne, desserts, and even little chocolates that they casually hand out— these small gestures were just another example of a thought out gesture . Our Junior Suite was spacious and beautifully designed, with both a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub we just couldn’t get enough of. The C.O. Bigelow products, the soft robes, and the amazing bed all added to that feeling of true comfort and luxury. The hotel itself is new and stunningly modern. At night, video art projections light up the lobby walls while adding some cinematic atmosphere. The rooftop pool and bar were another highlight, that allowed opulence of solitude while holding on of the best views over the city. We spent hours there relaxing and chatting with Mário and Madalena, who were both incredible and made us feel right at home. We’d usually hit the gym which is small but had everything essential for keeping you in shape right before an appetizing delicious Breakfast at Fismuler. At breakfast you get a an assorted bowl of breads (croissants, banana bread) and cheeses, jams and hams then choose two dishes and drinks that accompany that— I’d highly recommend the Moroccan eggs or Asai bowl. The spa was another favorite spot, with an indoor pool, dry and wet saunas, and everything you need to unwind and relax after a day out. And finally, a special thank you to Mafalda, who is a warm, loving soul that made our stay such an unforgettable one. The service made it so they could best accommodate our every desire, in every way — even gifting us a small handmade Andorinha ceramic, which we really appreciated. Мы с мужем останавливались в отеле Me Lisbon в Лиссабоне в октябре 2025г. Отель открылся за два месяца до нашего приезда, поэтому чистота и новизна здания, номеров конечно радовала. Надо отметить, что нам очень понравился дизайн помещений и особенно характерные и традиционные в Португалии фигурки из фарфора. Для нового отеля уровень подготовки персонала даже удивил. Радушие и готовность помочь чувствовались везде: на ресепшен, в ресторане, СПА. Отель нас баловал чудесными подарками. Одним словом, мы вкусили все прелести гостеприимства нового отеля. Единственное неудобство вызывала только трудность нахождения расположения отеля в приложениях навигаторов. Позже мы поняли, что это, вероятнее всего, объясняется его недавним открытием. Надеемся, что это будет исправлено для удобства гостей. Хотя к нам были внимательны все работники отеля, но хотелось бы особо отметить некоторых из них. Это Marcio, Diana из SPA Korpo, Nina ( ресторан) и Вадим. Благодаря отличной локации в городе, этот отель может быть одинаково хорош и для гостей приехавших по делам и просто для любителей путешествий. Отель находится очень близко от исторического центра Лиссабона , одновременно на улицах близ отеля нет той суетливой и шумной толпы, вечером вы можете пройтись по аллеям парка, а если есть необходимость сходить в El Corte Ingles, что находится в пешей доступности. Так же мы оценили и близость станции метро, что будет очень удобно для некоторых туристов. Несколько необычной для нас была форма организации завтрака ( a la carte), но помощь официантов позволила быстро привыкнуть к ней. Нам надолго запомнятся теплые, солнечные дни в Лиссабоне, где такие гостеприимные, отзывчивые жители. Мы очень благодарны администрации и всем работникам отеля ME Lisbon за чудесное время, которое мы провели.

Tive o prazer de usufruir do SPA do ME Lisbon, e ainda antes de entrar no hotel já estava a ser recebida com o maior profissionalismo e simpatia. A minha experiência no SPA, foi inesquecível. Da recep??o, onde o luxo é discreto, a Margarida e a Diana deram-me todas as informa??es para que pudesse usufruir do espa?o, ao tratamento, que foi uma viagem dos sentidos e a Romilda foi a condutora. Muito obrigada ME.
