The whole team of Mitsis Royal Mare hotel, including the colleague you kindly mentioned, always strives to assist, but some of your concerns were either already resolved during your stay or not within the hotel’s control. Regarding the pool cleaning, you requested to see the pools being cleaned, and the team informed you about the early morning routine when this is regularly done. The extra cleaning occurred once and was carried out solely for the wellbeing and comfort of our guests, to ensure a clean and safe environment. With regard to the sea being closed: this decision is made solely for guest safety, in line with local authority and lifeguard guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or the waves. We think that you had many positive moments during your stay, at least we had this impression. We are truly sorry that you did not fully enjoy your stay, especially as many of your fellow guests expressed positive experiences during the same period.
