The hotel room is clean, modern and bright with all amenities needed including kettle. Have good facilities include gym, the rooftop pool and bar is the highlight of the hotel, beautiful view of Firenze and sunset, they serve a small buffet with drink for euro 20 on thursday, a must to go.

Hotel is dirty
no service in hotel to assist with anything. you will need to take your own luggage up and down.
no iron, they will tell you to use a shared ironing room.
hotel is a disaster.
no toothbrushes
no water bottles.
carpark is extra cost.

Very nice hotel. Close to touristical area and train station. The breakfast very good same as the other NH hotels.

开始以为离火车站几分钟，实际上有一定距离，建议火车站出来坐有轨电车两个站下车比较方便。门口有台阶，要抬行李走几级台阶才能到大堂。暖架不会自动开，无法烘乾衣服，谘询了前台也无法单独安排开。但前台有一位负责后勤的黑人兄弟很好，虽然天台的游泳池和餐厅这个季节没开，但我们想上去拍照看夜景他也帮忙开门，感谢他。
