Everything was good, except location and having a lift would be good for peoples with disability

The location is away from the main tourist spots. Need transport arrangements to reach the hotel. However, the view is amazing and quiet from the noise. Looks like Santorini style, and no lifts, need to walk via staircase.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404.
After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience.
The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it!
Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week!
A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable.
We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive!
The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok.
I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

It was wonderful hotel with decent breakfast, jacuzzi, service and room. Everything was perfect, didnt have any issues at all.

The only issue might be the distance from Goreme town or nearby restaurants.

Были в каппадокии сутки. Забронировали данный отель по красивым фото и отзывам, но не разбирались с месторасположением. Подходит больше тем, кто путешествует на машине , так как находится загородом . На экскурсии оттуда не забирают (
Но сам отель и сервис 5 баллов!!! Номера атмосферные , чистые, запах вкусный! Вид потрясающий

超级高质素的酒店，美感满满，房间乾净整齐，唯灯光有点暗 不能调较光一点，而气氛很好，晚上可看星星，很舒适，每个细节都很周到，餐厅很漂亮，食物优质，胜价比高，地埋位置不太方便，四周没有东西买，只有享受酒店环境已经很值得去，如果自驾游是很好选择
